This acquisition enhances Impact’s Partnership Cloud publisher technology capabilities.
Founded in 2014 and led by Hanan Maayan, CEO, Trackonomics provides full-funnel revenue attribution at the page and the link level to some of the largest and most recognizable names in digital commerce transformation, telling publishers exactly how every page is generating income or losing it. This technology enables publishers to make better decisions: what to write about and who to partner with across all segments and networks in the industry.
Led by David. A. Yovanno, CEO, Impact provides global brands with a platform that automates the full partnership life cycle, including discovery, recruitment, contracting, engagement, fraud protection, optimization, and payment processing for enterprise partnerships. The company serves global enterprise brands such as 1-800-Flowers, Fanatics, Lenovo, Levi’s, L’Oreal, Ticketmaster and TUI. Impact, which has more than 500 employees worldwide, added 577 new clients in FY2020. The company has enhanced its platform offerings through the acquisitions of Mediarails, a partnerships-based CRM platform, and, more recently, Activate, an influencer marketing platform.
