Knox Financial, a Boston, MA-based fintech company making it easier to own investment property and optimize returns, raised $10M in Series A funding, bringing total funding to $14.7M.

The round was led by G20 Ventures, with participation from Greycroft, Pillar VC, 2LVC, and Gaingels.

The company is currently operational in four major metropolitan areas and expanding to six more in 2021.

Led by David Friedman, CEO, Knox provides a financial platform for property investors to optimize cash flow and wealth creation.

Once a property is enrolled on the Knox Frictionless Ownership PlatformTM, Knox automates and oversees the property’s finances and taxes, insurance, leasing and legal, tenant and property care, banking, and bill pay. The company is overseeing a portfolio of more than $100M in investment properties in 6 states and is expanding rapidly across the US.
