HR Path, a Paris, France-based HR management company, raised € 113m in financing.
Backers included Société Générale, BNP, Crédit Agricole, Banque Palatine, LCI and Caisse d’Epargne.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand its value proposition in all the countries where the group is already present, prioritizing the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain.
Led by François Boulet and Cyril Courtin, HR Path offers services aimed at improving the performance of companies in the HR area. These services range from HR transformation consulting, implementation of HR software solutions and outsourcing of payroll services (BPO).
Founded in 2001, the company serves more than 1,300 clients in 18 countries. Its turnover currently reaches $130m.
HR Path has also announced the acquisition of Whitaker-Taylor, a technology consulting firm dedicated to human resources and experienced in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR.
