Oliver Space, a San Francisco CA-based home furnishing experience company, raised $13M in Series A funding.
The round, which brought the total amount raised to date to $21M in equity and an additional $16M in debt financing, was led by U.S. Venture Partners (USVP), with participation from Mayfield Fund, Abstract VC, Expa Capital, and Burst Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Rick Lewis, USVP’s General Partner, will join Oliver Space’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to invest in its logistics infrastructure, expand its technology team, and further fund its marketing capabilities.
Led by Chan Park, CEO and co-founder, Oliver Space is a home furnishing tech company that features a flexible payment structure, which enables customers to try before they buy at 0% interest, build ownership in their furniture, or continue to exchange pieces to match their changing needs. Based in San Francisco, Oliver Space’s services are also available in Los Angeles, Seattle, San Diego, Austin, and Dallas.
