RazorMetrics, an Austin, Texas-based healthcare technology company, raised $6m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Sopris Capital, a healthcare investment firm, with participation from other individual investors including long-term entrepreneurs Joel Trammel and Jonathan Weiner.
The company intends to use the new funds to expand current operations to accommodate growth.
Led by Tom Dorsett, CEO and co-founder, RazorMetrics is a healthcare technology company focused on lowering pharmacy costs for at-risk employers and health plans via a SaaS-based platform.
The company has launched the RazorMetrics Partnership Collective and will be executing several program rollouts with large, strategic partners with an aggregate reach of over 59,000,000 employees and members in the second quarter of 2021.
