Spotzer Digital, an Amsterdam, The Netherlands-based digital marketing solutions company, received a majority investment from Pride Capital Partners and AtlasInvest Holding.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to grow globally.
Led by Peter Urmson, CEO, Spotzer provides fully integrated, white label solutions for enterprise businesses, like Telstra (AUS), LocalSearch (AUS), IONOS (DE), Sellwerk (DE) and ItaliaOnline (IT) with large databases of SMB customers who want a digital marketing solution to help their business grow.
The company, which has a team of approx. 125 employees, is a global leader in providing technology and marketing services through its websites, Spotzer Ads, SEM platform and content.
