Airfocus, a Hamburg, Germany-based product management platform provider, raised $5M in Series A funding.
The round was led by X Ange with participation from Nauta Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Bernhard Schmid and Arnaud Baraër from XAnge joined Airfocus’ board.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2017 by Malte Scholz, Christian Hoffmeister, and Valentin Firak, airfocus offers a SaaS based product management solution for product teams to collaborate on strategic product initiatives. The company employs more than 20 people today, distributed across the world.
More than 700 businesses across the globe already use airfocus, including brands such as Shopify, Bird, and The Washington Post.
Existing investors included Picea Capital, Klaus Schlumpberger, Christian Heimerl, Paul Schwarzenholz, and Björn Kolbmüller.
