HealthVerity, a Philadelphia, PA-based provider of an IPGE (Identity, Privacy, Government and Exchange) platform, closed $100m Series D funding.
The round was led by Durable Capital Partners, with participation from existing investors Flare Capital Partners, Foresite Capital and Greycroft.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate go-to-market initiatives, expand the already existing real-world data ecosystem and patient identity resolution technology.

Pharmaceutical manufacturers, payers and government organizations have partnered with the company to solve complicated use cases through technologies and real-world data infrastructure.
