Legatics, a London, UK-based provider of a legal transaction management software platform that simplifies and automates traditional legal processes, raised £3m in funding.
The investment was made by Mobeus.
The company intends to use the funds to double the size of its team over the next 18 months and further develop its technology to deliver new features and use cases for a wider range of practice areas within new and existing customers.
Led by founder and CEO Anthony Seale and Chief Commercial Officer Daniel Porus, Legatics provides a legal transaction management platform that enables deal teams to collaborate on and close deals in an interactive online environment. The system has been used by around 1,500 companies, and has been procured by more than half of the top global banking and finance law firms, with matters having been hosted in approximately 50 countries.
