Pluralsight, Inc., a Draper, UT-based technology workforce development company, is to acquire A Cloud Guru, an Austin, TX-based cloud skills development platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition – which follows Vista Equity Partners’ recent acquisition of Pluralsight – is expected to close later this year, subject to customary closing conditions.
Led by Sam Kroonenburg, Co-founder and CEO, A Cloud Guru provides a SaaS platform for cloud learning, which has already served 2.5 million learners and over 4,500 organizations.
By combining A Cloud Guru’s certification courses, hands-on labs and sandboxes, exams and quizzes with the existing library of Pluralsight Skills cloud courses and hands-on learning experiences, the joint organization aims to improve its offerings for cloud skill development.
