Unicorn Capital Partners, an Asian VC fund-of-funds manager, completed fundraising for its Unicorn Partners Fund IV, at $450m.
The investor base for Fund IV, which closed on June 1, 2021, includes both new and existing investors and is comprised of leading endowments and foundations, family offices, pension funds, and asset managers in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America.
The fund will focus on fund and direct investment opportunities in technology and healthcare in China.
Founded in 2015 and led by Tommy Yip, Managing Partner, Unicorn Capital Partners is an Asian venture capital fund-of-funds manager that partners with venture capital managers who invest in the areas of technology, media and entertainment (“TME”), and healthcare in China’s New Economy.
