xto10x, a Bengaluru, India- and Singapore-based company that support organizations in their scaling efforts, acquired Dockabl, a Bengaluru, India-SaaS powered HR-tech startup.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition strengthens xto10x’s product suite that today includes 10xGoals (OKR strategy to execution platform) and 10xPeople (employee sentiment analysis and engagement platform). The full suite will now allow a comprehensive solution for organizations to align company objectives, link them to employees’ performance, and manage feedback reviews, all on one single platform.
Co-founded by Binny Bansal, Saikiran Krishnamurthy and Neeraj Aggarwal, xto10x allows organizations to scale with efficiency across 10 key scaling pillars such as business design, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), people & culture and operational excellence. It has worked with 150+ brands including Cred, Licious, Meesho, ClearTax, Dunzo, upGrad, SuprDaily, Hopscotch and Sterlite, to date.
Setup in 2017, Dockabl drives business performance and organisation culture with its core capabilities in employee performance management. Their current set of clients include giants like Becton, Dickinson and Company, Bajaj Capital, Airbnb, and Porter.
