Entera, a NYC and Houston, TX-based platform for single-family real estate investors, raised $32m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management with participation from existing investors including Bullpen Capital, Craft Ventures and Valuestream Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to grow as a full service SaaS + Services platform for professional single family home investors.
Led by Martin Kay, CEO and co-founder, Entera enables existing owners to scale their acquisitions and operational footprint while maximizing returns. For new investors entering the single family space, Entera enables an “asset-light” direct investment approach that uses real-time data to select markets, simulate scenarios, deploy capital and develop their operations with full visibility – minimizing high upfront costs and risk.
The company is the partner to many of the largest single family rental, new construction & fix + flip investors in the world. Nearly $1 billion of homes have been transacted on its platform across 24 markets since its launch in 2018.
