HealthifyMe Raises USD 75M in Series C Funding

HealthifyMe, a Bangalore, India-based AI health and fitness app provider, raised USD 75m in Series C funding.

The round, which brought the total capital raised to date to over USD 100m till now, was led by LeapFrog and Khosla Ventures, with participation from HealthQuad, Unilever Ventures, and Elm (Saudi Arabia PIF entity) and existing investors Chiratae Ventures, Inventus Capital and Sistema Asia Capital.

The company will use the funds to:

  • expand in India, Southeast Asia, and North America,
  • acquire relevant companies in the digital health and fitness space,
  • double its current engineering and design strength, hire senior leadership members across operations, marketing, HR and technology in the Bay Area and in Southeast Asia,
  • invest in HealthifySmart, HealthifyPlus, a condition management offering for customers with chronic medical conditions like Diabetes, PCOS, Cholesterol, Hypertension, Thyroid and HealthifyStudio, a live workout solution that was built during the pandemic. These two new offerings are already contributing to 25% of HealthifyMe’s top line.

Led by Tushar Vashisht, CEO, HealthifyMe is a mobile health and fitness app that combines technology with real human services to deliver measurable impact. The company delivers measurable results on eating habits, fitness, and weight through tracking lifestyle, providing access to human coaches and AI nutritionist “Ria”. It is India and Southeast Asia’s largest digital wellness platform catering to more than 25 million users in 300+ cities with over 1500 coaches. HealthifyMe is also a platform of choice for leading corporates and healthcare partners in India.

The company has over 250 employees, with a physical presence in Bangalore, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
