Simpplr Raises $32M in Series C Funding

Simpplr, a Redwood City, CA-based employee communications and enablement platform, secured $32m in Series C funding.

The round was led by Tola Capital, with participation from current investors Norwest Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and George Still Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Eddie Kang, Principal with Tola Capital, joined Simpplr’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its development team and develop its platform.

Led by Dhiraj Sharma, Founder & CEO, Simpplr provides a unified employee communications platform for global companies drive to employee engagement via AI and integrations. Simpplr leverages AI to streamline how information is presented and searched company-wide with an intelligent, personalized experience for each employee. This customized experience is available to employees through multiple channels, such as mobile, Slack, Teams or email. The platform supports over 50 no-code integrations with other world-class cloud applications.
