The round was led by Darrell Cavens alongside strategic investments from both banking and legal services firms.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, expand operations and its business reach.
Led by John Baird, CEO, Vouched provides a contactless digital identity AI platform that powers end-to-end visual identity verification and fraud detection online in real-time.
To date, the firm has verified the identities of nearly 3 million individuals worldwide and serves more than 150 companies in numerous verticals, including banking, fintech, healthcare, telemedicine, legal, car rentals, travel/hotel, ecommerce, art purchasing, wire transfers, and employment recruiting and screening.
