Park Bench Solutions, a Tampa, FL-based provider of software that enables voice service providers using BroadWorks to evolve with new features, functionalities, and integrations, raised $1.5m in funding.
The company, which secures this financial vehicle through a non-dilutive, structured debt agreement from its original angel investor from 2014, intends to use the funds to expand its team in customer success, project management, API / web development, and marketing roles.
Launched in 2012 by Founder & CEO Marc Tribbe, Park Bench provides the odin Platform & API, which helps global BroadWorks service providers to extend the life of their investments, optimize their profits, and automate quote-to-cash workflows and M&A consolidation activities to complete digital transformation of their cloud communications product offerings.
