Countable, a San Francisco, CA-based enterprise engagement platform, raised $12M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Canaan Partners with participation from Ulysses Management and Tokyo’s Global Catalyst Partners.

The company intends to use the funds to scale its business operations and product roadmap, including serving as a launchpad for social token community exchange.

Led by Bart Myers, CEO, Countable provides an enterprise engagement platform that empowers companies of all sizes to establish connected purpose-driven relationships with market, audience, customer, and internal communities. With over 120 implementations for clients ranging from Starbucks, Uber, Patagonia, Twitch, and PG&E, Countable is a brand-safe social network that brings employees, consumers, and/or partners together via a menu of engagement features and extended content management services. As a standalone site or integrated with an existing digital web presence, the platform sites are custom-branded, white-labelled, with public, private, or application-based access and provide companies with valuable audience data and analytics, driving increased revenue, retention, and innovation.
