UserGems, a San Francisco, CA-based prospecting platform for B2B companies to generate more revenue by identifying buyers who will most likely buy from them, raised $20m in Series A funding.
The round, which brings total funds raised to $22.4 M, was led by Craft Ventures with new participation from Battery Ventures and Tiger Global, and continued participation from Uncork Capital and other angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth with an immediate focus on hiring talent and product development for revenue teams.
Led by Co-founder and CEO Christian Kletzl Co-founder and CTO Stephan Kletzl, UserGems helps companies generate more revenue by identifying buyers who will most likely buy from them. Leveraging artificial intelligence, the platform combines relationship data with trigger events to surface the most relevant buyers for each company.
TserGems serves over 90 mid-market and enterprise customers such as Procore, Medallia, UserTesting, Sisense, and BrightTALK, among others.
