Witco Raises $14M in Series A Funding

Witco, a Paris, France-based smart tenant app provider, raised $14M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Daphni, Eurazeo, UL Invest with participation from Naxicap Partners.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, expand operations and its business reach.

Co-founded by CEO Eliane Lugassy and CTO Kévin Longer, Witco provides mobile and desktop applications that enable commercial and residential buildings to transform their spaces to be more serviced and collaborative. Customers can manage a range of functions including hot desk or meeting room bookings, digitalized access, incident reporting visitor management and event organisation.

The company’s white-label technology has over 50 customizable modules and uses real-time data to enable HR managers and building owners to organize their premises and respond to employees and residents.

Witco serves clients across 200 cities, 800 buildings and 5,000 companies. Witco has 50 employees in its offices in Europe.
