GoKwik, an Indian ecommerce enablement company, raised $15m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Sequoia Capital India, with participation from existing investors Matrix Partners India and RTP Global.

The company will use funds to work with larger marketplaces, scale up its product and technology teams and launch new offerings.

Founded in the post-pandemic era by Chirag Taneja (CEO) and Vivek Bajpai (CTO) with Ankush Talwar (Chief Data Scientist) who is also part of the founding team, GoKwik is an ecommerce enablement company focusing on solving ecommerce issues like boosting conversion rates across the ecommerce funnel and reducing RTO for its partners. It leverages AI/ML technologies to solve problems like RTO to increase CoD conversion rates.

Clients include marquee names in the Indian ecommerce space, including Mamaearth, Good Glamm Group (Myglamm), LimeRoad, EyeMyEye, Boat, OZiva, The Souled Store, Noise, VMart. The company has also recently partnered with online shopping site Fynd to power the online presence of some of the most iconic brands in India.
