Lessen, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based marketplace platform that unites property owners and service professionals to deliver property services, closed a $170m Series B funding round at a valuation of over $1 billion.
The round was led by Fifth Wall with participation from Khosla Ventures, General Catalyst and Navitas Capital.
Proceeds from the current investment will be used to fund new technology products, support new field operations teams and facilitate market expansion.

The platform provides complete job workflow and outsourcing of property service projects, automating the management of the entire property services lifecycle. It connects property owners to a nationwide network of vetted professionals for renovation, maintenance, cleaning, and turn services, delivering property services at scale.
It currently has more than 2,000 service providers, across 30+ markets. Lessen has 450+ employees with hiring plans for 1,000 more in 2022.
The company also has offices in Seattle and Miami.
