Merge API Closes $15M Series A Funding Round

Merge API Inc.,  a San Francisco and New York City-based company providing one API for all B2B integrations, closed a $15m Series A funding round. 

The round was led by Addition, with participation from existing investor NEA. 

The company intends to use the funds to continue investing in the product and partnerships and expand the team. 

Led by Shensi Ding and Gil Feig, Merge API provides B2B companies with tools to realize customer-facing integrations. Its Unified API allows developers to integrate just once and give their customers access to over 50+ HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Accounting systems.

The company, which recently launched product features such as detailed logging, enhanced webhooks, CSV upload, SAML SSO, and a single-tenant offering, also announced new partnership agreements with BambooHR and Lever, adding to the one with to HR and payroll leader UKG.
