Packhelp, a Warsaw, Poland-based custom and sustainable packaging marketplace, raised €40M in Series B funding.
The round, which brought the total raised to date to €52m, was led by Infravia Growth with participation from PortfoLion, FJ Labs and the European Investment Bank and previous investors Speedinvest, ProFounders, Market One Capital, Inovo, White Star Capital and business angels.
The company intends to use the funds to develop new sustainable products and services, grow operations in the UK and Europe, M&As, as well as develop a new offering for enterprise customers.
Launched in 2016 by Wojtek Sadowski, co-founder and CEO, Packhelp enables anyone to create, order, and manage their own branded packaging from small D2C brands to large corporations. An online editor automates the packaging design, quality and assurance process for orders from 30 pieces. It has over 50,000 customers, , including global brands such as H&M and Uber Eats, as well as direct-to-consumer companies like Hims, and Copenhagen Grooming, across 30 countries.
The list of customers includes brands recognized worldwide, like BMW, H&M, Google, L’Oreal, T-Mobile, Uber, Bolt and Wrangler, and many of the local champions from Europe.
