Structure, a Road Town, British Virgin Islands-based global mobile-first financial platform that will offer universally accessible decentralized finance, raised $20m in seed funding.
The round was led by Polychain Capital and proceeds from a sale of its token $STXR. Other investors included Bixin Ventures and Ascensive Assets. As of the latest funding round, Structure is valued at approximately $150m.
The company intends to use the funds to develop the framework to offer the first set of core functionality to users of its mobile platform.
Led by Bryan Hernandez, co-founder, Structure is a global financial platform that allows mainstream investors to participate in the DeFi and Crypto markets. It will allow investors of all experience levels to invest in tokenized stocks, options, cryptocurrencies and tokenized ETFs on a secure platform and eventually to earn, borrow and lend. It also offers 24/7 access, hands-on support and seamless transaction.
