Tackle.io, a Boise, Idaho-based software company dedicated to helping software providers generate revenue through the clouds, raised $100m in Series C funding.
The round, which brought the valuation to $1.25 billion and total funding to $148M, was co-led by Coatue and existing investor Andreessen Horowitz, and included participation from Bessemer Venture Partners. As part of the funding round, David Schneider, General Partner at Coatue, will join Tackle’s board as an observer.
The company intends to use the funds to execute its product roadmap and expand its global reach.
Led by John Jahnke, CEO, and Dillon Woods, founder and CTO, Tackle is dedicated to helping software providers accelerate revenue through Cloud Marketplaces. Its Cloud Marketplace Platform also provides granular transaction reporting, all with zero engineering resources required. Tackle is available for purchase on the AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Platform Marketplace, and Red Hat Marketplace.
The company works with 350+ cloud leaders today, including A Cloud Guru, AppDynamics, Auth0, Fivetran, HashiCorp, Looker, McAfee, NewRelic, PagerDuty, and Talend.
