Wonderwerk, a Berlin, Germany-based company that provides data-driven sales training and performance tracking tools, raised $2.5m in seed funding.
Backers included new investor Sparkmind.vc and startup studio Founders, as well as Black Pearls VC and Spring Capital.
The company will use the funding to accelerate expansion to the US, ramp up data analytics and grow its sales and marketing teams.
Led by CEO Bowen Moody and Rouven Herzog, Wonderwerk measures the impact of training on revenue by integrating with its customers’ CRM. The platform can see how effective its sales training programs are at reducing ramp time and increasing conversion rates.
