Capacity, a St. Louis-based AI-powered support automation platform, raised an additional $27m in Series C financing, closing out the round at more than $38m.

The round was led by existing investors. To date, Capacity has raised over $62m.

These funds will be allocated to support new team members, enhance product capabilities and optimize the company’s support automation platform. 

Founded in 2017 by David Karandish and Chris Sims, Capacity provides an AI-powered support automation platform that connects a tech stack to answer questions, automate repetitive support tasks, and build solutions to any business challenge.
