Pentera, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based Automated Security Validation (ASV) company, raised $150m in Series C funding.
The round, which brought Pentera’s valuation to $1 billion, was led by K1 Investment Management, with participation from Evolution Equity Partnersand Insight Partners. Additional investors include Awz Ventures, a Canadian-Israeli VC group, and Blackstone (NYSE: BX).
The company will use the new funding to grow its global operations, across all functions and regions, and product line.
