Redefine, an Israeli blockchain security startup, raised $11M in seed funding.

The round was led by Ribbit Capital, with participation from Jump Capital, ParaFi Capital, More VC and Accomplice Blockchain, at a valuation of $50M.

The company intends to use the funds to recruit top talent for the Israeli and US offices, further research and development efforts, and build out the product.

Founded in June 2021 by Dr. Shira Brezis (CEO) and Alon Ram (CTO), Redefine is a Decentralized Finance (DeFi) security startup which provides institutional investors with a smart platform that automatically analyzes risk, monitors market changes in real time, and proactively protects capital in the event of a cyber attack.

Redefine has already secured high-profile partners across the digital asset spectrum, such as Fireblocks and is also working closely with a number of prominent beta customers, such as Celsius Network, to iterate and focus their offering.

The company currently employs 14 people, many of whom served in elite IDF technology units.
