1000Farmacie, a Naples, Italy-based e-pharmacy marketplace, raised $15m in funding.
The round was led by P101 SGR via P102 and ITALIA 500 (Azimut) and HBM Healthcare Investments, with participation from family office Corisol Holding, Club degli Investitori, IAG, LIFTT and Healthware Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Giuseppe Donvito, Partner of P101 and Alexander Asam, Investment Advisor of HBM Partners, will join the board of 1000Farmacie.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach, as well as to improve its last mail delivery service and its local pharmacy network.
Founded in 2020 by Nicolò Petrone (CEO), Mohamed Younes (COO) and Alberto Marchetti (CMO), 1000Farmacie provides an online pharmacy marketplace to enable clients to find products at an affordable price delivered to their home. nell’ultimo anno ha visto una crescita del 600%.
