Bear Robotics, a Redwood City, CA-based provider of hospitality robotics and artificial intelligence solutions, raised $81M in Series B funding.
The round was led by IMM with participation from Cleveland Avenue and other existing investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate efforts in adding products that complement the increasing need for automation in the hospitality space and expand its reach into the markets around the world.
Led by CEO John Ha, and COO Juan Higueros, Bear Robotics provides hospitality robotics and artificial intelligence solutions. The company deploys robots that take care of everything from drink serving to food running and table bussing, allowing hosts and waitstaff to focus on delivering outstanding service.
To date, Bear Robotics has raised $117M in total funding, including a $32M Series A funding round in January 2020 led by SoftBank.
