Learn In, a Salt Lake City, UT-based platform for companies to establish their own Talent Academies, raised $10m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Firework Ventures, with participation from new investors Kickstart Fund, as well as existing investors GSV Ventures and Album Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand the technology platform, go-to-market team and customer success capabilities.
Led by David Blake, co-founder and CEO, Learn In enables companies to establish talent academies that mobilize the resources needed for building a highly skilled workforce. HR, Talent and L&D leaders use it to modernize access to learning budgets and programs, and to simplify the delivery of custom programs to employee groups. Core features include a tuition benefits manager, a prepaid learning stipend card, a program marketplace and custom program builder, and dedicated coaching.
Learn In currently works with mid-market to large sized companies with a pipeline focused on financial service clients, industries undergoing transformations like manufacturing and companies who are rapidly hiring.
