Level AI, a Mountain View, CA-based AI-driven provider of an AI driven customer service and experience technology platform, raised $20M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Battery Ventures with participation from ENIAC and Village Global.
The company, which has raised $35m to date, intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, expand operations, product and team.
Led by CEO Ashish Nagar, Level AI provides a platform for customer contact centers, which leverages conversational intelligence to give real-time insights and enable agents to offer help customers want at the moment they need it with efficiency.
The company, which already offers real-time agent assist,Ā analytics, automation andĀ 100% quality assuranceĀ capabilities, also announced new product features such as agent screen monitoring and recording.
Level AI integrates with the entire customer service stack, including cloud telephony providers like Five9 and Twilio; CRMs like Salesforce, Zendesk and Kustomer; and ticketing and chat providers like Helpshift and Zendesk.
Customers include OpenTable, Toast, and Carta, among others.
