Once Upon a Farm Closes $52M Series D Funding Round

-

Once Upon a Farm, a Berkeley, CA-based children’s organic nutrition company, raised $52M in Series D funding.

The round was led by CAVU Venture Partners, with participation from S2G Ventures, Cambridge, and Beechwood.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth in retail and online, while expanding their product pipeline.

Co-Founded by John Foraker, Jennifer Garner and Cassandra Curtis, Once Upon a Farm offers organic, crave-worthy, snacks and meals for children of all ages. The recipes are crafted with organic ingredients – whole fruits and veggies picked, then cold-pressed (pouches) or freshly frozen (meals). Each of its organic, non-GMO, non-dairy recipes contain no added sugar, and are free from artificial flavors, colors and preservatives.
