Whistle, a St. Louis-based employee experience platform, raised $3.2m in seed funding.

The round was led by Dundee Venture Capital with participation from Chicago-based M25.

The company will use the funds to accelerate the adoption of the platform and expand its portfolio of products and the engineering and operating teams.

Led by Drew Carter, CEO and Co-founder, and Chris Dornfeld, President and Co-founder, Whistle launched a beta version of its first two products in 2021, Whistle Microlearning and Whistle Insights. Whistle Microlearning helps companies deliver a curated employee experience like onboarding and first-time manager training. Whistle Insights connects learning effectiveness to business outcomes like productivity, safety, and employee retention.
