The round was led by Sozo Ventures with participation from Union Square Ventures, RyderVentures, Greycroft, Equal Ventures, Las Olas VC, The Fund, Robby Nathan, Jett McCandles, Andrew Leto, Craig Fuller, Jason Duboe, and Alumni Ventures.

It uses artificial intelligence to deliver smart load recommendations, full-service dispatch, and fintech products. Earlier this month, the company opened a new headquarters in Miami, a 5,000 square-foot space in the Wynwood district, to support its expanding team.
