Adgile Media Group, a New York-based tech-enabled, out-of-home advertising company, raised $5M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Brand Foundry Ventures, with participation from Amity Supply, Finn Capital, Consumer Ventures, Nik Sharma, Hannah Bronfman, Michael Preysman, Niche Capital, Barry Dubin and Chris Hull. In conjunction with the funding, Brian Spaly from Brand Foundry Ventures, joined Adgile Media Group’s Board.
The company intends to use the funds to increase its geographic presence, broaden branding, advance the development of proprietary technology, and recruit qualified new hires across sales, data science & engineering functions.
Co-founded in 2018 by Tom Shea and Max Flannery at the University of Chicago’s New Venture Challenge, Adgile Media Group is a tech-enabled, data-driven out-of-home media company converting last-mile delivery trucks into metric-centric mobile billboards for brands nationwide.
