BuildOps, a Los Angeles, CA-based all-in-one management software built specifically for the modern commercial contractor, raised $43 million in Series A funding.
The round was led by Next47, with participation from Founders Fund, StepStone Group, Fika Ventures, Global Founders Capital, MetaProp VC, 1984 Ventures, L2 Ventures, NBA all-star Metta World Peace, Boost Mobile CEO Stephen Stokols, and others.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2018 by its three co-founders Alok Chanani, Steve Chew, and Neeraj Mittal, BuildOps is a SaaS technology platform that integrates scheduling, dispatching, inventory management, contracts, workflow, and accounting into a single software suite for commercial contractors with staff ranging from a dozen to thousands of employees.
