Keepit, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based provider of a platform for SaaS data protection, received a $22.5 million debt financing package.
Backers included Silicon Valley Bank, and Vaekstfonden.
The company will use the capital to accelerate further international expansion, hiring, and product development to scale and build out its platform.
Founded in 2007 and Frederik Schouboe, CEO, Keepit is a leader in cloud backup and recovery and the an independent, vendor-neutral cloud dedicated to SaaS data protection with a blockchain-verified solution being sold worldwide.
Keepit protects data in key business applications including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure AD, Google, and Salesforce.
