Assistiv Labs, a Portland, OR-based provider of accessibility testing tools, raised $1M in Pre-Seed funding.
The round was led by Zenda Capital with participation from Picks and Shovels, George Zamfir, and Randall Kent.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand operations.
Led by Weston Thayer and Andrew Hedges, Assistiv Labs enables cross-platform testing of assistive technology through a web browser, allowing developers, quality assurance testers, designers, and accessibility experts to ensure their work is accessible before it ships.
Early customers include GOV.UK, EAB, Knowbility, and more.
