Elation Health, a San Francisco, CA-based clinical-first technology company, raised $50M in Series D funding.
The round, which brings total funding raised to date to $108.5 million, was led by Generation Investment Management and Ascension Ventures with participation from Threshold Ventures, Ascend Partners, and Fay Rotenbergand and Jonathan Bush.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and business reach.
Led by CEO Kyna Fong, Elation Health provides a technology platform for primary care. Since 2010, the company has delivered clinical-first solutions — built on a collaborative EHR platform — that help practices start, grow, communicate, and succeed in delivering the highest-quality personalized care to patients.
