Happeo, an Amsterdam, The Netherlands-based intranet platform for fast-moving companies, raised US$26m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Endeit Capital, Smartfin and Evli Growth Partners with participation from earlier investors INKEF Capital, Maki.vc and Vendep Capital, among others.
The company intends to use the funds to invest in its product and development teams, and on further expansion in North America, while retaining its position in its home market of Europe.
Led by Perttu Ojansuu, CEO and Founder, Happeo is an intranet that fast-moving companies use to connect their teams with the knowledge, news, and tools they need to do their best work. More than 350 clients across all industries including companies like Pinterest, Doctolib, Hotmart, Decathlon and Marqueta already use it. Happeo has been a long-term Google partner, and its latest product iteration also includes Microsoft 365 integration.
The company’s own team consists of more than 30 different nationalities, spread across locations, generations, and time zones.
