Kite Raises USD3M in Seed Funding

Kite, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an Enterprise Ecosystem Management Platform, raised USD3M in Seed funding.

The backers were not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds for sales scaling and distribution and launch of its Nucla platform.

Led by CEO Mark Silva and COO Nick Mathers, Kite provides an enterprise ecosystem management platform called Nucla, which enables enterprises, consultants, accelerators, and investors to centralize, manage, and share data on the companies they track to work efficiently and transparently, accelerate smarter decisions, and increase the number of outcomes.

Nucla (formerly KITE SRM): 

  • Integrates internal tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Affinity CRMs or Typeform to aggregate company data housed in multiple tools 
  • Links firmographic data sources including Crunchbase, Clearbit, Owler, SimilarWeb and premium data providers like Pitchbook, to have dynamic data on companies’ side-by-side creating a comprehensive view of any company
  • Holistically or selectively receives or shares company insights with other internal teams and external scouting partners or clients. 

Today, the platform is leveraged by scouting, innovation, R&D, Business development, research, venture, and accelerator teams in nearly every sector including CPG, healthcare, financial services, government, pharma, media and entertainment, manufacturing, and technology.
