Renting Finders, a Madrid, Spain and Lisbon, Portugal-based car rental marketplace, raised €700K in funding.
The round was led by Faraday Ventures Partners with participation from Tadium Invest, IPGlobal, Koejans Capital and Sembi.
The company intends to use the funds to strengthen its team, increase its investment in marketing and prepare its launch in a third market.
Founded in 2018 by Arturo Álvarez Podhorecka and Javier Maside Echavarren, Renting Finders provides a car rental marketplace that offers a digital, user-centric experience to hire a vehicle quickly. The platform, which has gained more than 3,000 private and professional clients in Spain and Portugal, has added more than 2,000 vehicles from main leasing operators, with deliveries that can be made in less than 3 weeks right to their customer’s doorstep. In addition, it includes exclusive coverage that minimises the risk of non-monthly payment for its clients.
The company currently has a team of 40 people and offices in Madrid and Lisbon.
