Roomless, a Florence, Italy-based proptech startup, raised €1.5M in seed funding.
The round was led by Sensible Capital with participation from Club degli Investitori.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its team, develop its tech platform and grow abroad.
Founded in October 2019 by Riccardo Matteoni, Andrea Degli Innocenti, Andrea Primaverili and Francesco Martini, Roomless is a premium housing rental platform working in the middle-long term area. The company is present in Italy, Germany and Spain and is planning to enter Portugal and France by the end of the year.
The turnover target for 2022 is over €1M.
