EirSystems, a Chattanooga, TN-based provider of software for prescribing and distributing prescriptions, raised an undisclosed amount in Seed funding.
The round was led by Solas BioVentures, with participation from Chain Reaction Boston investors led by Ken Mooney.
The company intends to use the funds to continue growing the team, secure new partnerships to improve P.A.G.R.’s real-time benefits functionality to identify less expensive and safer medications, and develop new features including a medication management platform (the rollout of these new features is planned for 2023).
Founded in 2018 by brothers Ryan and Tyler Seaberg, EirSystems provides P.A.G.R. (Prescription Abuse Greatly Reduced) software tools to make prescribing medications simple, safe, and efficient for doctors and their patients. P.A.G.R. can be integrated or installed into any system and operates in one easy-to-use web interface. The company currently serves customers in numerous sectors of the healthcare market, including hospice, home health, small and medium-sized clinics, and telehealth platforms.
