Justhome, a Berlin, Germany-based home financing startup, raised €3.3m in pre-seed funding.
The round was led by Target Global with participation from APX, alongside a number of angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to further build out Justhome’s digital home financing platform and develop its own financing solutions.
Led by Marc Rustige, Johannes Fenner, and Martin Mehlitz, Justhome is a home financing platform, which delivers aspiring homebuyers rates from over 700 lenders, in minutes and provides personalized financing solutions specifically targeted at first-time buyers.
The company currently has a team of 15.
