Prometric, a Baltimore, MD-based provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions, completed the acquisition of Finetune, a Boston, MA-based provider of AI-assisted assessment and learning technology across the credentialing, licensure, workforce readiness and education sectors.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
