Cledara Raises $20M in Series A Funding

Cledara, a London, UK-based software management platform designed for growing companies, completed a $20m Series A funding round. 

The round was led by CommerzVentures, with participation from Carbide Ventures and Massive and existing investors Nauta Capital and Notion Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate expansion in the US. 

Founded by Cristina Vila and Brad van Leeuwen, Founded by Cristina Vila in 2018, Cledara provides a platform that combines management tools for teams with a payments system to help companies take control of their software investments. This allows them to operate effectively across teams, comply with regulations and focus on serving their customers.  

The company, which has over 800 customers, has offices in Denver, London and Barcelona.
